Myofascial Release & Medical cupping may be included in massage session if appropriate.
Certified in level1 & level 2 ROCK TAPE and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) – $15 per area.
Medical Massage:
If you already have a diagnosis from your physician, you may give that to me to work the specific areas associated with that issue. For instance, Upper Cross Syndrome requires work of the scalenes, SCM’s, pectoralis major and minor, upper third and lateral portion of the trapezius, levator scapulae, “sub scaps”, serratus anterior and others. Or you may simply experience headaches. Many muscles refer pain to areas of the head so massage is very helpful! Other people present with a “piriformis – like syndrome” or “sciatica” pain which can be relieved. Please ask your practitioner if they would write a script for massage therapy. I will print out a receipt with the necessary information, and you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement under one of two CPT codes.

You will be asked to fill out a health intake form. An updated form is also required yearly. Please disclose all information to the best of your ability so that I may serve you appropriately!

You will be asked for a credit card to be kept on file to cover any appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
